During stressing process, Post Tension Stressing Jacks play an important role. It is matched with tool anchorage and wedge to stretch PC strand.  The hydraulic stressing jack is powered by pump, calibrated gauge readings indicate the tension force applied to tendon. based on different model, tension force is from 70tons to 650tons. The jacks is linked with two ends of tendons and ensure two sides are fully stretched. if only one side is stretched, the other side should be fixed, we call it dead end such as swage end which is formed by swaging socket and spring.

Post tension tendon loss includes: duct friction loss, anchor loss, elastic compression loss, steel stress relaxation loss, and concrete contraction loss. The first three occurred in the tension stage, called instanta loss, and the latter two were long -term losses. In addition, anchor mouth friction loss should be included.

Advantage of main components

Cylinder

1. 40Cr forging material is adopted, resistant to ultra-high pressure and not easy to deformation.

2. Oil cylinder inner hole is olled to improve surface strength and hardness, improve surface wear resistance and extend service life.

3. The oil cyinder and end cover are connected by internal thread, with good overall force and high safety factor.

Plunger

The piston is processed by integral forging parts, with superior mechanical performance and durable service.

Steering method

The guide part adopts surfacing copper technology, the guide length of piston ring is longer, the guide performance is good, the ability of resisting partial load is strong, it has the advantages of wearresisting, pressure-resisting, corrosion-resisting, etc, and it is easy to disassemble and assemble, and spare parts can bereplaced without special tools.

Sealability

in the dynamic seal using green ring instead of 0-ing, green ring use pressure up to 80Mpa, the temperature range of -60-+200C,using green ring seal effect is better, more reliable.

*How to choose lubricant?

If temperature is below zero, please use32# hydraulic oil

If temperature is above zero, please use 46# hydraulic oil. AW 46 Hydraulic Fluid or Mobil DTE 25 Ultra ( Equivalent ISO VG 46, Anti-wear hydraulic oil) is equal to  46# hydraulic oil

*Can you provide factory tour?

If you don't have time to visit our factory, and you can video call to check workshop and production details.

*how to confirm the right product before delivery?

Normally we provide update date sheet, drawing, test report, training VOD and other requested certificate

*how to make payment?

we discuss payment method with client before order. Normally, 30% is paid before production start, 70% is paid before shipment delivery(customer can arrange their freight agent to pick up goods at our factory). you can pay by wire transfer, paypal or other accepted method.
