Bonnet grease fittings are an important part of the valves Heshka Oil offers. Installed in the bonnet, and lower bonnet if available, these grease fittings and grease injection fittings are made for FC, WKM and FLS style gate valves. They can be used in both regular service and H2S service.
Our valve grease fittings provide the ability to grease the internal components and body of the valve for reduced wear and longevity. We offer several bonnet grease fittings with the ½ NPT grease fittings, 9/16 Autoclave, and 7/8 Grease injection fittings being the most common.
The ½ NPT fitting is used on FC, WKM and FLS style gate valves with an acceptable pressure rating up to 10,000 psi. They come in both and 316 Stainless Steel material but can also be made from other materials if our customer requires it.

The 9/16 Autoclave grease fitting is used when the maximum working pressure in the Type FC valve is 15,000 psi. Like the 1/2 NPT grease fitting, the 9/16 autoclave is also made from 316 Stainless Steel. The autoclave grease fitting also features an internal ball and spring for unidirectional flow.
Lastly is the grease injection fitting for the FLS style gate valves with maximum working pressures of 15,000 psi. This unique grease fitting uses a similar ball and spring check valve for unidirectional flow and well as a sliding cone tip to ensure proper connection with the bonnet. These grease fittings are also made from 316 Stainless Steel and the end threading is 7/8-14UNF 2A.
When a reliable grease fitting is what you need, you do not need to look any further than Heshka Oil. All of our grease fittings are inspected to our high-quality standard thats earned us API 6A certification. With Heshka Oil you know you are getting the best product available.
